On the 10th, the county announced that it will commence the ‘Sinan-myeon Office Old Public Building Complex Development Project.’
This project mainly involves investing a total of 18.5 billion KRW to newly build the Sinan-myeon Office and construct public rental apartments.
The Sinan-myeon Office, built in 1981 and over 40 years old, will be demolished and rebuilt as a three-story building with a floor area of 993㎡ through this project.
The public rental apartments will consist of 82 units, with one basement floor and 12 above-ground floors, covering an area of 6,005㎡, and are scheduled for completion in June 2023.
This project follows the county’s selection in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s public contest in 2019.
