Palled Shin, located on the 7th floor of the boutique hotel L'Escape, presents the "Naengchaoma" menu. The dish features chicken broth simmered for a long time with pollack, mussels, and vegetables, then cooled and seasoned with L'Escape's special sauce.
At Palled Shin in the Grand Chosun Busan, they offer "Chinese Cold Noodles" with refreshing broth. The broth is portioned individually, frozen, and served immediately with crushed ice.
Both menus are prepared with health-boosting ingredients such as abalone, sea cucumber, shrimp, cuttlefish, and seasonal vegetables to help beat the Malbok heat.
