GS Retail Launches 'GS Prime Shinhan Card' in Partnership with Shinhan Card
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] GS Retail announced on the 10th that it will launch the ‘GS Prime Shinhan Card,’ which offers benefits specialized for merchant usage, in partnership with Shinhan Card.
On the same day, the two companies signed a business agreement at Shinhan Card headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, for ‘strategic mutual growth through the successful operation of the GS Prime Card.’ Through this agreement, they plan to ▲promote activation by expanding the issuance of GS Prime Cards ▲conduct differentiated online and offline marketing to increase customer satisfaction ▲discover new business models by expanding various joint projects through big data and digital linkage.
The GS Prime Shinhan Card provides a 2% GS N Point accumulation service regardless of the previous month’s spending when paying at all integrated GS Retail online and offline stores, including GS25, GS Supermarket, GS Fresh Mall, Lalavla, and GS Shop. At merchants outside GS Retail, a 0.3% accumulation service is provided.
