Meet the Maru Consumers Have Been Waiting for at COEX
‘Right, Straight, Different’ Maru Olgoda to Participate in ‘Korea Build’ Exhibition from 12th to 15th
Wood specialist company Unid (CEO Jeong Eui-seung) is promoting its flooring brand ‘Olgoda (OLGODA)’ through Korea Build, the largest architecture exhibition in Korea. Unid announced that it will set up an Olgoda booth at Korea Build, held for four days from the 12th to the 15th at COEX A Hall and C Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where it will introduce various product lines and hold diverse events.
Olgoda is a new-concept flooring brand launched by Unid, which has over 40 years of experience in the wood industry, embodying the philosophy of ‘Right, Straight, and Different.’ Using only SE0 grade wood, it is safe and eco-friendly, and especially leads new trends in the flooring market with its hard and sturdy new material ‘OL-core.’ OL-core, which has more than five times the durability compared to conventional plywood engineered flooring, is the core material of Olgoda flooring, resistant to dents, scratches, and pressure.
Furthermore, Olgoda is receiving consumer acclaim by introducing ‘OL-care,’ a free warranty service, for the first time in the flooring industry. OL-care is a service where Olmaster, a flooring expert, visits customers directly to restore dent marks and provide professional flooring maintenance guidance. It is offered once within one year after flooring installation upon customer request.
At this Korea Build, Olgoda will exhibit and introduce 55 types of flooring products across four lines: ‘Solid,’ made entirely of OL-core material; ‘Balance,’ which optimally combines OL-core and waterproof plywood; ‘Groove,’ featuring natural wood pattern designs; and ‘Signature,’ utilizing natural wood veneer. Flooring products with various pattern designs such as herringbone, medium width, and wide width are expected to attract visitors’ attention. Additionally, Olgoda plans to unveil a new wide-width product with a stone pattern design in conjunction with the Korea Build event.
The booth events are also richly prepared. All visitors will receive various souvenirs such as pens and masks, and those who follow the official Olgoda brand SNS account will be gifted a tumbler equipped with an LED smart thermometer. Customers who request flooring or interior estimates and consultations will receive a luxurious yet practical large-capacity eco bag, and through a 100% winning event, generous prizes such as Starbucks gift cards will be distributed.
Unid’s Team Leader Kim Nam-hoon said, “Olgoda has attracted great interest in the domestic and international flooring markets in just six months since its launch, and inquiries about OL-core material and OL-care service are increasing, which is why we decided to participate in Korea Build. We will provide safe exhibitions and consultations strictly adhering to quarantine rules to address buyers’ and customers’ questions.”
