Actor Han So-hee Withdraws Due to Health Reasons
[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] The Wave original film "Gentleman," scheduled to be released next year, has added the distinctive actor Park Sung-woong, completing a two-lead star system with Ju Ji-hoon.
According to Content Wave on the 4th, the newly joined Park Sung-woong will play Kwon Do-hoon, a former noble prosecutor and head of a law firm, portraying an intelligent yet ruthlessly vicious character.
Earlier confirmed as the lead, actor Ju Ji-hoon will appear as Ji Hyun-soo, who gets caught up in a huge incident while trying to clear his name.
Han So-hee, who was cast as elite passionate prosecutor Kim Hwa-jin, decided to withdraw due to health reasons. Despite preparing for the role amid consecutive drama and commercial shooting schedules, she decided to step down following medical advice and judgment that she needs rest for the time being due to fatigue and health concerns.
