The Criminal Division 8 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Woo Kim) announced on the 30th that two YouTubers were indicted without detention on charges of insult, and another was summarily prosecuted. They are accused of mocking Professor Jeong's court appearances and using derogatory language against women from June to September last year. Professor Jeong's side filed a complaint with the police in November last year, and the prosecution received the case in December and investigated it. Another YouTuber who was also accused along with those indicted was not prosecuted. The prosecution judged that this YouTuber's behavior did not reach the level of insult charges.
