Rising star in women's archery, An San (20, Gwangju Women's University), advanced to the individual semifinals by defeating the world No. 1 player.
On the 30th, at the archery venue in Yumenoshima Park, Tokyo, Japan, during the women's individual quarterfinals of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she defeated India's Deepika Kumari with a set score of 6-0 (30-27, 26-24, 26-24). Her perfect three 10-point shots in the first set were crucial.
