"Eco-friendly and Healthy"... Lotte Mart Launches Animal Welfare Sous Vide Chicken Breast
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Mart announced on the 30th that it has launched five types of animal welfare sous-vide chicken breasts, combining eco-friendliness, health, and unique cooking methods.
This product is characterized by using chicken certified for animal welfare as the raw material and processing the chicken breast, a popular item in diet menus, using the sous-vide method. Sous-vide is a European cooking technique that cooks food slowly at a low temperature below 100 degrees Celsius in a vacuum pack, rather than directly heating or baking it in an oven as in traditional cooking methods. This preserves the original taste, aroma, and nutrients of the ingredients while providing a tender texture and moisture.
Lotte Mart will offer a 30% discount on the five types of animal welfare sous-vide chicken breasts to customers using the mobile application ‘Lotte Mart GO’ until the 4th of next month.
