Lotteria Launches 'Korea's Representative Burger Campaign'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Lotteria announced on the 29th that it will operate Season 1 of the "Korea's Representative Burger Campaign" to maintain the quality of its renewed signature burgers, Bulgogi Burger and Hanwoo Bulgogi Burger, which were revamped on the 15th.
The campaign aims to minimize errors in the manufacturing process at each store to strengthen burger quality by maintaining three key factors: ▲portion control ▲patty cooking ▲volume. To achieve this, actual burger models with precise portion measurements are placed in stores, allowing employees to assemble the burgers and visually verify whether the portions are accurate.
Additionally, until the 31st of next month, a monitoring system will be operated where customers can inquire about each store’s compliance with the campaign standards.
