Naver News, Media Outlet Editorial Page Revamp... New Editorial Section for Feature Articles Established
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Naver announced on the 26th that starting from the 29th, it will separate the media companies' editorial pages into two sections: Major Articles and In-depth Features, allowing each media company to manage them independently.
Previously, the media companies' editorial pages displayed six articles freely edited by the media companies. However, with this reorganization, Naver plans to separate the pages into Major News and In-depth Features sections, enabling the free editing of articles according to their nature.
Media companies can edit important news of the moment in the Major News section, and long-term investigative feature articles in the In-depth Features section, providing users with a wider range of articles.
Additionally, media companies offering premium content can change the In-depth Features section to a premium content area, enhancing user accessibility to their premium content.
