[Photo] S-Oil Delivers Scholarships to Orphanage Youth
S-Oil donated 280 million KRW to the Korea Child Welfare Association to support the education and independence of youth in orphanages and to sponsor facilities. Among the vocational college students from orphanages, 40 students majoring in science and engineering fields such as chemical engineering, mechanical, and electrical-electronic engineering each receive 2.5 million KRW, and 75 high school students preparing for employment receive 2 million KRW each for technical education expenses to acquire specialized skills or certifications. Hussein Al Qatani (second from the left in the photo), CEO of S-Oil, said, "We will support the students so that they can acquire professional knowledge and skills, enter society, and take a step closer to their dreams."
