The Seogwipo Coast Guard is mobilizing all available forces to search.
Upon receiving the report from the group of men in their 20s who fell into the sea, the Seogwipo Coast Guard immediately dispatched rescue forces including helicopters, patrol vessels, special forces, and rescue teams to the scene, and requested cooperation from nearby civilian vessels, civilian rescue teams, local governments, the navy, and police.
Rescue forces from the Coast Guard, fire department, and civilian rescue teams who arrived at the scene are making every effort to search underwater, on the water surface, and on land.
The local weather features an east wind blowing at 8-10 m/s, and the search is facing difficulties due to swell waves of 2-2.5 meters.
