The Kkumdamgi career experience is an educational program conducted as part of a business agreement signed in 2019 between Busan Bank and the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education to foster future talents in the local community and revitalize career education.
This program selects high school students who wish to pursue a career in the financial sector and offers various programs reflecting the latest financial trends, such as virtual experiences at financial institutions and simulated stock and fund investment competitions.
Also, through the untact method adapted to the COVID-19 era, students can receive vivid experiential education at home without visiting in person.
