Trot Singer Kim Ho-jung Involved in Dispute Outside Home, Under Police Investigation
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Trot singer Kim Ho-joong is under police investigation after a dispute with construction company personnel over a lien on his residence.
According to the police on the 20th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul received a report around 10:27 PM the previous day about a scuffle in front of Kim's home in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where Kim and two men were pushing each other.
The men involved in the dispute were reportedly related to the construction company working on Kim's villa and tried to stop Kim Ho-joong from leaving, claiming a lien.

The police stated, "When officers arrived at the scene, Kim had already returned home," and added, "We plan to investigate the involved parties soon regarding any assault."
