Sancheong-gun Youth Safety Net Operation Committee Meeting Held
Deliberation on Candidates for the Youth Special Support Project
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 16th that it held the Youth Safety Net Operation Committee meeting for the second half of 2021.
At this operation committee meeting, discussions were held on the review of special youth support project recipients, the inspection of the youth safety net operation status for the first half of 2021, measures to activate cooperation among essential linked institutions, and the hosting of the 4th Sancheong-gun Youth Festival and Sancheong Garak Guksu Exhibition.
Youth selected as special support recipients on this day will receive living support funds along with emotional support and case management from the Youth Counseling Welfare Center.
The Sancheong-gun Youth Safety Net Operation Committee operates to discover and rescue at-risk youth and to promote tailored integrated service support.
The committee consists of 13 members, including heads of essential linked institutions in the youth integrated support system such as Sancheong-gun Office, Sancheong Office of Education, Sancheong Police Station, 1388 Youth Support Group, schools, Changwon Youth Delinquency Prevention Center, Jinju Probation Office, Jinju Employment Center, and Gyeongnam Temporary Youth Shelter.
