LG CNS to Pursue Domestic Stock Market Listing... Possibly as Early as the Year After Next
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Junyi] Information technology (IT) service provider LG CNS is planning to go public on the domestic stock market.
According to industry sources on the 13th, LG CNS recently formed a related task force (TF) and held meetings to review the IPO. Although the timing of the listing was reported to be as early as 2023, the company stated that no specific schedule has been decided yet.
LG CNS is the only unlisted company among major IT service firms, and interest has surged as related companies' stock prices rose during the COVID-19 period.

In the first quarter of this year, sales and operating profit reached a record high of 754.4 billion KRW and 54.3 billion KRW, respectively, driven by strong performance in financial IT system construction and cloud businesses.
