Sancheong-gun, Recruiting Trainees for Herbal Medicine Cultivation Specialized Technical Training

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 9th that it is recruiting trainees for the 2021 Herbal Cultivation Specialized Technical Training.
The training will be conducted for 4 weeks from the 26th of this month to August 20th. The number of recruits is 20 people per course, totaling 40 people, and the training fee is completely free. The training location is the multipurpose room on the 2nd floor of the Donguibogam Village Theme Hall, and a certificate of completion will be issued to trainees who complete the course (with an attendance rate of 70% or higher).
The training is divided into a general course targeting prospective returnees to farming and rural areas and new herbal cultivation hopefuls, and an advanced course for those who have completed the herbal cultivation specialized technical training and herbal cultivation farmers.
The general course includes promising crop recommendations, eco-friendly certification, and basic soil theory, while the advanced course covers successful cases of herbal medicine exports, trending herbs, practical work in agricultural food manufacturing, as well as tax accounting, agricultural laws, and item-specific education (such as Doraji and Jak-yak).
Applications can be submitted by submitting the application form and required documents to the reception office (industrial economy department of the local eup/myeon office) or by email or mail.
