Yeongdeok-gun to Host Gyeongbuk Governor's Cup Amateur Soccer Tournament on 10-11... Matches Held Without Spectators
1000 Athletes and Officials Participate from 17 Cities and Counties
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] Yeongdeok-gun announced on the 9th that it will hold the '26th Gyeongsangbuk-do Governor's Cup Recreational Soccer Tournament' for two days from the 10th at Ganggu Snow Crab Stadium and Yeonghae Sports Park.
Hosted by the Gyeongbuk Football Association and co-organized by Yeongdeok-gun Sports Council and Yeongdeok-gun Football Association, this tournament will feature about 1,000 players and officials from 17 cities and counties in the province competing for regional honor and skills.
In preparation for the COVID-19 situation, all participants will undergo COVID (PCR) testing and participate only after confirmation. The matches will be held without spectators.
