Earlier, when the Economic Statistics Department employee was confirmed positive, the 8th floor of the Sogong Annex and the 7th floor of the main building, where close contacts occurred, were temporarily closed. As a result, employees working on the same floor began working from home, and the briefing on the "Preliminary Balance of Payments for May 2021" held the previous day was conducted by Park Yangsu, head of the Economic Statistics Department, instead of Lee Seongho, head of the Financial Statistics Department.
