Fairmont Ambassador Seoul Introduces Three Types of 'Fairmont Bingsu'

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Fairmont Ambassador Seoul announced on the 8th that it will offer three types of 'Fairmont Bingsu' at The Atrium Lounge located on the first floor of the hotel until the 31st of next month.
The newly launched three types of Fairmont Bingsu are Apple Mango Bingsu, Earl Grey Black Tea Bingsu, and Patbingsu, which will provide a refreshing coolness that delights both the eyes and palate during the summer season.
The Apple Mango Bingsu features mango ice topped with domestically grown high-sugar-content apple mango, along with honeycomb honey. On the side, honeycomb honey, mango coulis, and mango sorbet are provided. The Earl Grey Black Tea Bingsu is based on ice made by steeping Dilmah tea, cultivated and produced in Sri Lanka, a world-renowned black tea producing region, directly in milk. Brown sugar syrup and black tea blend to offer a deep flavor. Black pearls are added on top to enhance the chewy texture. Handmade black tea ice cream, madeleines, and brown sugar syrup are served on the side. The Patbingsu consists of milk ice topped with red beans, green tea jelly, pumpkin jelly, and pumpkin seeds, providing a savory taste. Ginger ice cream and sweet red bean paste, both made in-house by the hotel, are served alongside.

The prices are 75,000 KRW for Apple Mango Bingsu, 70,000 KRW for Earl Grey Black Tea Bingsu, and 65,000 KRW for Patbingsu. They are available at The Atrium Lounge from 12 PM to 9 PM.
