Changwon City Hosts Visiting July Culture Day Event
Providing a Venue to Quench Cultural Thirst and Foster Communication for Rural Community Residents
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Changwon City in Gyeongnam will hold the 'Culture Day' event for rural residents on the 7th and 18th of this month.
This event will be held twice at Yucheong Village Hall in Daesan-myeon, Uichang-gu, and the village forest area of Gok-an Village in Jinjeon-myeon, Masanhappo-gu.
It consists of performances by local artists, an old village photo exhibition, and eco-bag making, among other activities.
'Culture Day' has been held since last May by utilizing rural Seowon and Jaesil as cultural spaces. A total of 10 sessions will be held until October.
Since May, weekly communication sessions with residents have been held to prepare events such as 'Recording and Remembering the Village - Photo Gallery, Ibaku Masil.'
