Kim Ki-hyung, President of Meritz Securities, Participates in the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge'
[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Kim Ki-hyung, President of Corporate Finance Business at Meritz Securities, participated in the "Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge" aimed at preventing children's traffic accidents and creating a safe traffic environment.
This challenge is a campaign conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety since December last year to build social consensus on preventing traffic accidents in school zones and establishing a culture that prioritizes child protection. Participants take photos holding a placard with the slogan selected through a public idea contest: "Stop at 1, Look both ways at 2, Wait for 3 seconds, Prevent 4 dangers," share them on social networking services (SNS), and then nominate the next participant.
According to Meritz Securities on the 2nd, President Kim joined the campaign upon the recommendation of Shin Sang-hyun, CEO of Baro Savings Bank. He nominated Song Hyun-seok, CEO of Heritage Asset Management, as the next participant.
