Toss Bank Set to Launch, Large-Scale Hiring of Experienced Professionals... Recruiting Experts in Technology Sector
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Internet-only bank Toss Bank announced on the 1st that it will hire experienced professionals such as key developers and designers in the technology field ahead of its official launch in the second half of this year.
Through this recruitment, Toss Bank will select experts in product planning, design, engineering, security & infrastructure, core banking, and data within the technology sector. Rather than prioritizing the applicant's previous industry experience, career, or years of service, the company plans to comprehensively evaluate the 'potential contribution' that candidates can demonstrate by joining Toss Bank, such as planning capabilities for banking business or products and various development strategies.

Currently, Toss Bank is home to outstanding talent who have joined from leading domestic and international IT companies, commercial banks, and internet-only banks. Team members joining through this recruitment will be offered an annual salary up to 1.5 times that of their previous company. Toss Bank, which obtained the banking business license from financial authorities in June as the third internet-only bank, is scheduled to officially launch as early as the end of September. Applications will be accepted for two weeks from today until the 14th. The number of hires is 00. Once applicants submit their documents, evaluations will proceed immediately, and individual notifications will be sent via email within three business days. Those who pass the document screening will undergo a first-round job interview and a second-round cultural fit interview. The timing can be chosen by the applicants. The entire process from application to final acceptance is expected to be completed within three weeks.
