Sancheong-gun, Public Idea Contest for County Development ... Tourism, Population, and Overcoming COVID-19
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is conducting the '2021 National Idea Contest' to discover various ideas for regional development.
According to the county on the 30th, the idea contest will be held from July 1 to 28 with themes including attracting tourists to major tourist sites, discovering policies to increase the population, and overcoming the COVID-19 crisis.
Any citizen of the Republic of Korea can participate, and any idea related to the development of Sancheong-gun can be proposed.
The contest evaluation will include proposals adopted through the People's Petition system over the past year. Fair judging will be conducted in two rounds, and selected ideas will be awarded.
If there are no proposals corresponding to the grading criteria, some may not be selected, and in the case of ties, additional awards will be given.

A county official stated, "We will strive to have more citizens participate in this idea contest to realize a premium Sancheong created together and to implement a happy Sancheong shared by all."
