Hwasun-gun to Open 'Hanium Culture and Sports Center' Starting Next Month
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeollanam-do Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 29th that all facilities of the Hanium Culture and Sports Center, which had been temporarily closed due to COVID-19, will be opened from the 1st of next month and rental services will resume.
The open facilities include a total of eight places: three indoor sports facilities such as the Hanium Indoor Gymnasium, and five rental facilities including Jeokbyeok Room, Manyeon Hall, and Seminar Rooms 1 and 2.
The number of people allowed per rental facility is limited to about 50% of the capacity, and entry is permitted only after undergoing quarantine procedures such as temperature checks, wearing masks, and verifying visitor information.
When hosting sports competitions, all participants must submit COVID-19 test results and complete prior procedures.

A county official said, "As social distancing continues, we ask for your understanding regarding restrictions on the number of facility users and other quarantine measures," and added, "We will continue to thoroughly enforce quarantine measures so that residents can use sports and cultural facilities safely and with peace of mind."
