Hoban Property Supports Tenants to Overcome COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Hoban Property, a subsidiary of Hoban Construction Group, has stepped up to support its partners in overcoming COVID-19. On the 28th, Hoban Property announced that it recently delivered 1 billion KRW in business stabilization funds to tenants of the commercial facility 'Avenue Franc' at Hoban Park Building 2 in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
The funds provided this time will support about 150 stores and businesses across three Avenue Franc locations operated by Hoban Property. Last year, Hoban Property also participated in the 'Good Landlord Movement,' offering tenants of Avenue Franc a 10-30% rent reduction.
Kim Yoon-hye, Vice President of Hoban Property, said, "Although these are difficult times, we hope this will help with store operations even a little. Hoban Property will continue to carefully support the various representatives and stakeholders of Avenue Franc stores and strive to grow together."
