Miryang City Launches 'Academy Autonomous Quarantine Team' to Prevent Student Group Infections
The Academy Autonomous Quarantine Team in Miryang-si, Gyeongnam, has been launched.

The Autonomous Quarantine Team consists of 11 academy operators who serve as quarantine committee members. They are divided into five teams of two people each and visit academies and private tutoring centers twice a week to promote compliance with quarantine guidelines.
In addition, academies that strictly follow the quarantine guidelines will be given a ‘Clean Zone’ sticker, and they will be actively recommended to be prioritized for selection as model academies designated by the Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education.

The city supports the Autonomous Quarantine Team with quarantine supplies such as masks, hand sanitizers, and disinfectants to encourage their self-inspections. Moving forward, through joint inspections, the public and private sectors will work together to eliminate blind spots in quarantine efforts.
