Blue House NSC Standing Committee Meeting Held: "Ensuring Smooth Implementation of G7 Follow-up Measures"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] The Blue House announced on the afternoon of the 17th that it held a National Security Council (NSC) Standing Committee meeting chaired by Presidential Chief of Staff Yoo Young-min.
Policy Chief Lee Ho-seung also attended the meeting to review the situation related to President Moon Jae-in's overseas trip.
The attendees reviewed the current status of domestic and international cyberattacks, including the recent surge in ransomware attacks, and agreed to continuously strengthen cyber security capabilities through close cooperation among the public, private, and military sectors.
