SK C&C Builds Marketing System for Shinhan Bank
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] SK Inc. C&C announced on the 17th that it has begun building Shinhan Bank's 'The Next Marketing System.'
The Next Marketing System is being promoted as part of Shinhan Bank's future-oriented digital banking system project called 'The Next.' It supports marketing at branches, the Shinhan SOL app, customer centers, and more.
SK Inc. C&C is establishing a 'Customer Data and Experience Platform' that supports the implementation of hyper-personalized financial services by proactively identifying customers' financial needs. It collects and analyzes unstructured data such as customers' voice, text, and logs combined with structured data like personal information and transaction details.
SK Inc. C&C is also building a digital integrated marketing system and providing a marketing portal and intelligent consultation navigation for bank employees.
Additionally, it will establish financial marketing infrastructure systems such as a channel-integrated product sales system, content bank system, and reward system.
