At the meeting, in addition to discussing the introduction of best practices from other local governments and utilizing educational courses related to prospective return-to-farming and return-to-village individuals for city policy promotion, members shared opinions on issues and necessary policies regarding return-to-farming and return-to-village policies that they had been considering.
Chairman Park Chang-kwon of the Advisory Committee emphasized the catalytic role of administration, stating, “Attracting return-to-farming and return-to-village individuals is important, but it is also very important to ensure they settle well in the villages, harmonize with residents, and do not leave Miryang.”
