From the 10th to the 31st, a 21-day period, applicants for the return-to-farming startup and house purchase support project will be recruited.
Eligible applicants are returnees to farming who have continuously lived outside rural areas for more than one year and have moved to Sancheong-gun within the last five years, and non-agricultural residents living in rural areas who are not engaged in agriculture. Household heads under 65 years old (born after January 1, 1955) are also eligible.
The funding application limit per household is 300 million KRW for agricultural startup funds and 75 million KRW for house purchase funds.
Priority support is given in order of highest scores through an interview evaluation by the selection committee within the allocated amount. The final loan amount is determined based on the loan screening results within the selected amount.

This support project aims to assist returnees to farming in starting agricultural businesses and securing housing by providing low-interest credit and secured loans, with the government budget covering the difference between the loan interest rate and the low interest rate as part of an interest subsidy project.
