According to the signed agreement, each institution plans to establish an administrative support system and recruit university student participants through active promotion such as recognizing volunteer credits to support farms.
As the first implementation of the agreement, about 80 faculty and staff members of Mokpo National Maritime University visited a farm located in Cheonjang-ri, Haeje-myeon, Muan-gun on the 4th, where they volunteered in activities such as crop harvesting and cleaning. Kim San, the governor of Muan-gun, visited the volunteer site and expressed gratitude to the faculty and staff for their rural labor assistance activities.
