Celltrion Signs Domestic Bio Component Supply Contract with Icell
[Asia Economy Reporter Seo So-jeong] Celltrion announced on the 4th that it has signed a contract to receive supplies of materials used in purification and cultivation processes from Icell, a company specializing in bio-pharmaceutical materials, components, and equipment, for three years.
Celltrion will receive supplies of single-use bags, disposable buffer manufacturers that have been dependent on overseas imports, and connector kits, consumables used for depth filtration in the cultivation process.
Celltrion explained that through this contract, it will be able to stably receive high-quality materials developed with domestic technology and enjoy cost reduction effects.
