The 'National Merit Plaque Attachment Project' was actively promoted starting in 2019 by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the March 1st Movement and the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, beginning with independence patriots.
