[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] On the 1st at 4 PM, Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the graduation ceremony of the 'Beauty Hair (Basic)' course of the 'Nowon Lifelong Citizen University' New Middle-aged Academy held at Induk University.
Starting this year, the district is operating the 'Nowon Lifelong Citizen University' in cooperation with seven local universities (Kwangwoon University, Samyook University, Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Seoul Women's University, Induk University, Korea Bible University), allowing residents to utilize excellent human resources and specialized programs from each university.
Various courses tailored to diverse demand groups such as youth, office workers, seniors, and people with disabilities are conducted by each university.
Induk University held a total of eight classes in the school's beauty practice room, including 'Understanding Shampoo and Drying' and 'C Curl, S Curl Styling,' and held the graduation ceremony on this day.
The closing ceremony was attended by Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, Yoon Yeo-song, President of Induk University, and students, proceeding in the order of congratulatory speeches, certificate awarding, and commemorative photos.

Mayor Oh Seung-rok said, “The Induk University New Middle-aged Academy has received great responses from residents with courses reflecting trends such as beauty hair and senior models,” and added, “We will collaborate well with local universities to provide various classes that meet the needs of residents.”
