Amid the trend of branding knowledge industry centers, Lotte Construction has launched its own brand, 'KNOWLAUM.'
'KNOWLAUM' is a compound word combining 'knowledge' and the suffix '-um,' which signifies a space. The brand embodies the concept of a space where knowledge gathers, inspiration is shared, and amazing creativity is realized.
Lotte Construction's 'KNOWLAUM' brand will be first applied to 'KNOWLAUM Magok,' which is being launched this month in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Magok-dong is a key area housing the 'Magok District,' a cutting-edge business special zone leading Korea's 4th industrial revolution and innovative growth, making it a prime location expected to generate synergy with advanced industries.
'KNOWLAUM Magok' is Lotte Construction's first knowledge industry center project that it is both developing and constructing. It will be supplied near the Magok District, a super-large business town where large corporations and large-scale complex facilities (MICE) are located.
'KNOWLAUM Magok' will be located at 9 Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul (40, Yangcheon-ro 47-gil). It will have 5 basement floors and 12 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of approximately 30,000 square meters, consisting of 281 knowledge industry center units and 22 support facilities. Various community rooms such as meeting rooms and lounges will also be included, and convenience facilities for employees will be specially enhanced.
