View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Moon-won] A symposium discussing the future direction of aviation education and training in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era will be held.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) announced on the 1st that the 4th Asia Aviation Education and Training Symposium (AAETS), hosted by MOLIT and Korea Airports Corporation and organized by Holdail Media Group, will be held online at 1 PM on the 2nd.
Holdail Media Group annually hosts the World Aviation Training Symposium (WATS), the largest event in the aviation training field, and is a specialized media organization providing information on aviation simulation and aviation education and training.
This symposium was prepared to explore the future of the aviation training industry in the post-COVID-19 era and to seek development directions in aviation education and training to turn the crisis into a new opportunity, amid the unprecedented downturn the aviation industry is experiencing due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Focusing on the introduction of new training methods such as Evidence-Based Training (EBT), the latest aviation training technique, and Augmented Reality Training, domestic and international experts will continue discussions on pilot and cabin crew training across four sessions.
