The landscaping flower seedlings (such as Celosia, Begonia, Coleus, etc.) received in the second round in Hwanam-myeon amount to about 2,000 seedlings. Sangju City explained that these were distributed to nine villages to be used for environmental maintenance.

Park Jeong-so, head of Hwanam-myeon, said, "We carried out maintenance work together to prevent abandoned lands in each village from becoming dirty due to illegal dumping of garbage," and added, "We are grateful for the participation with a heart that thinks of the village and the myeon during the busy farming season."
