The event was organized to encourage active participation of schools in revitalizing the local economy and to shift the awareness of faculty and staff to promote the purchase of products from local businesses.
This year, to achieve a 60% purchase rate from local companies within the province, the 'Jeonnam Education Local Coexistence Card,' which is planned to be developed for exclusive use within the province for the first time nationwide, was recommended for mandatory use.
In particular, when purchasing goods worth more than 1 million won from other regions, it was emphasized to ▲state the reason ▲avoid internet purchases for books, medicines, learning supplies, teaching materials, and educational tools.
Additionally, education was provided to frontline schools to guide Wando-area faculty and staff to recognize the importance of revitalizing the local economy.
