April Discretionary ISA Cumulative Return 28.46%... Up 2.71%P from Previous Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] The Korea Financial Investment Association announced on the 31st that the cumulative return of discretionary Individual Savings Account (ISA) model portfolios (MP) as of last month averaged 28.46%.
A representative from the Financial Investment Association stated, "Global stock markets rose mainly in developed countries due to a faster-than-expected global economic recovery and strong corporate earnings reports from major countries, resulting in a 2.71 percentage point increase in the cumulative return of discretionary ISA compared to the end of March (25.75%)."
The cumulative returns by risk type were as follows: ultra-high risk 52.27%, high risk 40.29%, medium risk 24.9%, low risk 13.71%, and ultra-low risk 7.58%.
Among companies, Meritz Securities ranked first with an average cumulative return of 36.60%. Among individual MPs, Kiwoom Securities' Basic Investment Type (ultra-high risk) recorded the highest overall cumulative return of 109.08%.
