Tmon Introduces 'Vaccine Leave' System for All Employees... Up to 6 Days Paid Leave
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Online shopping mall TMON will implement paid leave for all employees starting from the 28th for COVID-19 vaccination.
With the introduction of this vaccine leave system, TMON will provide all employees with '2+1 days' of paid leave for each vaccination dose.
In addition to the basic 2 days of paid leave given from the day of vaccination, if there are adverse reactions, an additional 1 day of leave is granted without a doctor's note, allowing up to 3 days of paid leave per vaccination.
For the AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccine, which requires two doses, employees can take up to 6 days of leave.
Also, if employees book and receive leftover vaccines (canceled reservation vaccines) on the same day, they can immediately use the leave.
