NC Introduces COVID-19 Vaccine Leave
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] NCSoft will implement a COVID-19 vaccine leave system starting next month.
On the 28th, NCSoft announced, "Employees will receive 1.5 days of paid leave when getting the COVID-19 vaccine."
NCSoft guarantees a half-day off on the vaccination day and a full day off the following day.
Through the first and second doses, employees can use a total of 3 days of paid leave.
An NCSoft representative said, "We decided to introduce vaccine leave to ensure smooth vaccination and sufficient rest for our members."

Meanwhile, earlier, Naver and NHN also announced the introduction of vaccine leave for their employees. Naver will implement the COVID-19 vaccine leave system across all affiliates starting in July. NHN announced vaccine leave on the 4th and supports employees to use it immediately if necessary.
