On the 26th (local time), a video was posted on Chinese social networking services (SNS) such as Weibo, showing a woman driving a scooter in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, China, who hit the bumper of a Bentley and calmly left the scene.
According to the released video, the woman wearing a one-piece dress was riding the scooter at high speed, suddenly noticed the Bentley, and braked abruptly, but still collided. At the moment of the accident, her body was thrown forward and hit the Bentley's trunk. However, she took no action, got back on the scooter, and leisurely disappeared.
Notably, it was reported that the woman was operating a mobile phone with her left hand while driving with her right hand at the time of the accident. Also, the scooter she was driving was an unregistered scooter without a license plate.
The Bentley suffered severe damage, including a heavily dented bumper. The Bentley owner released CCTV footage of the accident and said, "The repair cost is expected to exceed 100,000 yuan (17.53 million KRW), and I hope the woman who caused the accident contacts me."
