Gwangju Veterans Affairs Office Holds Healing Workshop for Veterans
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Gwangju Regional Veterans Office (Director Im Seonghyun) announced on the 27th that it held a healing workshop for veterans.
The event was held in collaboration with the Veterans Support Center and the National Jangseong Forest Healing Center, targeting 26 mid- to long-term veterans who served in the military for more than five years and their spouses.
The event took place at the Jangseong Forest Healing Center and featured programs utilizing nature for healing to overcome COVID-19 blues, including forest sensory experiences, tea therapy, meditation, and forest yoga, as well as sharing information about forest welfare jobs.
