[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Through the Gyeongnam Employment Stability Preemptive Response Support Center established by Gyeongsangnam-do, over 880 residents have found new jobs.
The center provides services such as career transition education and job placement support through initial counseling for the unemployed.
Even after employment, the center offers life planning counseling to help employees adapt to their workplaces and develop their careers.
Companies that newly hire workers who have left jobs due to employment crises receive up to 3 million KRW in the 'Gyeongnam Enterprise (Gi UP) Employment Incentive'.
Starting in June, the center plans to operate the 'Western Region Mobile Employment Counseling Desk of the Employment Stability Preemptive Response Support Center'.
The Western Region Mobile Employment Counseling Desk will be operated by the center's professional employment counselors, visiting Sacheon and Jinju areas once or twice a month to provide on-site counseling.
