Gwanak-gu, 2021 Individual Official Land Price Objection Applications Received
Until June 30, Visit Gwanak-gu Office Cadastral Division, Dong Community Center, or Submit Online Objections... 'Appraiser Consultation System' Operated to Resolve Public Land Price Questions Through Direct Consultation with Appraisers
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) will determine and announce the individual official land prices for 44,374 parcels in the area for the year 2021 on the 31st, and will accept objections for one month until June 30.
The individual official land prices were surveyed based on January 1, 2021, and can be viewed from the 31st via the Seoul Real Estate Information Inquiry System on the internet, or at the district office's cadastral department and local community service centers.
Landowners and interested parties who have objections to the individual official land prices can submit an "Individual Official Land Price Objection Form" to the district office's cadastral department or local community service centers, or apply online through the Ilsa Pyeonri site or the Gwanak-gu website.
For parcels with submitted objections, a re-investigation of land characteristics and price balance will be conducted, followed by verification by an appraiser and review by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, with results notified by July 28.
Meanwhile, during the objection period, the district operates an "Appraiser Consultation System" where landowners or interested parties can directly consult with appraisers to resolve any questions related to the individual official land prices.
Consultations are conducted via visit or phone, and appointments can be made by calling the Gwanak-gu Office cadastral department in advance.
