Sojinkong and Hansuwon Joint Campaign Launched to "Revitalize Traditional Markets"
[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 25th that it will conduct a joint campaign to revitalize traditional markets at Gyeongju Seongdong Market in collaboration with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power and the National Federation of Merchants.
In this campaign, the Small Enterprise and Market Service and others will hold a shopping event using Onnuri gift certificates. A shopping bag sharing event will also be held to encourage customers visiting the market to use traditional markets.
The Small Enterprise and Market Service and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power will donate 80,000 masks to small business owners in Gyeongju's traditional markets and shopping districts who are struggling due to COVID-19. Additionally, items purchased directly through the shopping event will be donated to local children's centers in Gyeongju.
