Lotte Confectionery Launches Online-Only Brand 'Saengsaeng Bbangsanghoe Fresh'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Lotte Confectionery's frozen bread brand Saengsaeng Bread Market launched an online-exclusive brand, 'Saengsaeng Bread Market Fresh,' on the 25th.
'Saengsaeng Bread Market Fresh' uses no flour and incorporates domestically grown agricultural products, considering taste, nutrition, and health. Additionally, tapioca starch is used in the outer dough to create a chewy texture similar to chapssaltteok (Korean rice cake), and the inside is filled with sweet bean paste to provide a variety of textures. 'Saengsaeng Bread Market Fresh' is available for purchase on Lotte Confectionery's Smart Store and plans to expand online sales channels to platforms such as Coupang in the future.
