An 80-Year-Old Woman Dies After Receiving Second Dose of Pfizer Vaccine in Buyeo-seo

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] An woman in her 80s who completed her second dose of the Pfizer vaccine in Buyeo, Chungnam, has passed away.
According to Buyeo County on the 14th, Ms. A, who was hospitalized at Konyang University Buyeo Hospital in Buyeo-eup, died that morning.
It was confirmed that Ms. A received her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine at the Buyeo County vaccination center on the 16th of last month and her second dose on the 7th of this month. She complained of high fever and muscle pain immediately after the second dose and was admitted to the hospital on the 10th for treatment. Ms. A was known to have underlying conditions such as diabetes.
