Recently, after several people shared food following facility work at a grape farm, 15 people tested positive, and on the 13th, 27 additional cases were confirmed in one day. At the elderly day care center, 31 related cases were confirmed over two days on the 12th and 13th.
According to Gyeongbuk Province on the 14th, 23 people tested positive at Elderly Facility A and 2 at Elderly Facility B in Gimcheon-si the previous day. Another person was a contact of Gimcheon case number 175 confirmed on the 12th, and the infection route of the remaining one is unknown.
At Elderly Day Care Facility A, 6 people, including one external recreation instructor and five staff members, were confirmed positive on the 12th. As of midnight on the 14th, the number of confirmed cases in the Gimcheon area has increased to 208.
